As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Play a key role in the planning and implementation of our short- and long-term digital strategy.
  • Work on an array of interesting and challenging full-cycle projects and innovative programs from ideation through implementation.

You will also have:
  • Tech savvy with advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

The Role

Working closely with and reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, as Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of a strategic brand plan that includes social media, marketing communications, promotions and more. You will enjoy experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and much more. While you will focus on our digital efforts, you'll also collaborate with other members of the team and liaise with groups outside of marketing including Product Management, Legal, Accounting, IT and others. Your duties will be diverse, and no two days will be exactly the same. In the following areas you will:

Digital Marketing - ideally 50-60%
  • Use end-user data collected through various promotions (warranty, "sign up for a chance to win," etc.), manage the idea, development, and execution of strategic outbound communications plan and schedule: social media, e-blasts, videos, etc. 
  • Work with product, channel, creative, video, engineers, and brand, to create content and work end-to-end. This will include developing related content for the website and flowcharting how it will look
  • Help with the management of social media, and with developing the user database for strategic, outbound communications
  • Increase SEO ranking for our website
Promotions/Management 
  • Ideation, development and execution of national promotions and campaigns -- create marketing strategy
  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute coordinated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional media channels
  • Manage cross-promotions with action sports and other sponsorships
  • Ideation, development, and execution of POP and digital promotional materials
Copywriting
  • Produce copy that creatively highlights technical product innovation and is exciting to target audience  
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts target group
  • Working with the video team, develop copy to effectively tell the story on video, then market each video through e-blasts, the company website, YouTube, and other forms of media 
  • Assist with the expansion of corporate brand standards 
Other:
  • Work within budgets and timelines to achieve specific goals
  • Work between product, channel, brand, creative, IT, communications and software developers  
  • Continually make suggestions, contributions, plans, solutions and effectively communicating them to the team
  • Protect the brand while actively promoting the brand in the market, to professional users, dealers, and within the company
  • Consistently adhere to logo guidelines; protect and uphold brand image and brand heritage
  • Obtain and report to management any relevant information concerning market trends and developments
  • Proactively plan, develop and implement digital strategies and vehicles that support all company objectives
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of all related brand marketing efforts
  • Assist with the creative, merchandising and branding for our network of Factory Service Centers
